A small family run business now located in the heart of South Brisbane (3min walk from South Brisbane Station & near Brisbane Convention Centre).
Chapter One “The Beginning” Chocolate Elements came to fruition following a near fatal horse riding accident by its now creative director. Opening in Wynnum just as the Covid-19 Pandemic kicked off (not the best of timing). It was a challenging time for many small retail operations, we navigated the challenges thrown at us from all directions! What kept us going was our passion for manufacturing & stocking quality artisan products. Closing in Wynnum at the end of March 2023 ended Chapter one.
Chapter Two “Starting Again”, with identifying our new location and navigating new challenges during our fit out, Opening Sept 2023. We are extremely proud of what we have created at 99 Melbourne Street, when we first saw the shop, it was a barren space with only one electrical socket, no water, no drainage!!
We are passionate about our lovingly crafted Chocolates, Truffles, Honeycomb, Scottish Range which are manufactured on site, there is a back story behind every item. We are not just about Chocolate, we are proud to stock a range of fantastic Artisan products which are all intrinsically connected (intrigued, then pop in store and we will explain).
Our manufacturing and retail area are temperature and humidity controlled 365/24hrs to preserve the quality of our Chocolates and the Artisan products we stock.
