We ship our chocolates except during hot weather, typically from December to February, or when temperatures are excessively high. To ensure product quality, we exclusively use Express Shipping services through external couriers like Australia Post Express. Although we can’t guarantee specific delivery dates or times, we try to deliver your parcel by the requested date. If your parcel is left unattended at your delivery address, Chocolate Elements will not be liable for loss. They will also not be liable for deterioration of the product. We recommend monitoring the tracking information and arranging for someone to be available at the delivery address.

If payment is confirmed by 8am, orders are normally shipped next business day, except Thursdays and Fridays. Orders placed over the weekend are normally shipped on a Monday.
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday are typically dispatched on Monday.
