Shipping Policy

We ship our chocolates except during hot weather, typically from December to February, or when temperatures are excessively high. To ensure product quality, we exclusively use Express Shipping services through external couriers like Australia Post Express. Although we can't guarantee specific delivery dates or times, we try to deliver your parcel by the requested date. Shipping now includes an automatic “Authority to Leave” option.

1–3 days Typical delivery time in working days, depending on the recipient's location. Not guaranteed during peak periods.

How we ship

Express only, securely packed

Chocolates are shipped via Australia Post Express aiming for overnight delivery. They are securely packaged in Australia Post boxes and shipped by air or road courier.

No PO Boxes

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address where someone can receive the parcel.

Own freight or pickup

Customers can arrange their own freight or pickup, as detailed in our Chocolate Elements Shipping information.

Dispatch times

  • Payment confirmed by 8am.

    Orders are normally shipped the next business day, except Thursdays and Fridays. Shipping is within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

  • Friday to Sunday orders.

    Orders placed from Friday to Sunday are typically dispatched on a Monday.

  • Hot weather pause.

    We do not ship during hot weather, typically from December to February, or when temperatures are excessively high, to protect the quality of your chocolates.

Regional & remote areas

Yes, we do ship to regional and remote areas. Please contact hello@chocolateelements.com.au before placing an order or making a purchase.

Unattended parcels

If your parcel is left unattended at your delivery address, Chocolate Elements will not be liable for loss, nor for deterioration of the product. We recommend monitoring the tracking information and arranging for someone to be available at the delivery address.
